Callum was drinking with his sister something and they saying what they want to be later times of occupation. „For me nurse is my absolute dream job," said Callum's sister, but he was not enthusiastic like this: „But nurse is a stupid profession. You have to touch people all the time, people you do not know and will to command by doctors!" „You'll see what you like," answered his sister, self-assured. After the last drink they both went home. The next day, Callum asked his sister: "What did you do yesterday meant that I would see it what I like?" „Ah, those were just only previously said. But be careful today of yourself because I do not want to be a nurse and treat you!" That theme was over for Callum, the issue was settled and both went to school.

Callum went first in the physical education and changes his clothes. When he changes his clothes he felt a little weird the whole time and had to remember how it was to be a nurse. In classes today, was jogging on the program. At each round, felt Callum always weirder and in the fourth round, his whole body tensed up and he was black before his eyes. Callum woke up again as he lay in the hospital and situated next to his sister: "Great you're finally awake!" "What happened?" "You fainted in the class but the doctor doesn't really know what it is but it is probably a virus," she said with a smile. Callum was not quite sure why she smiled but she was probably just happy to see me.

That same night, Callum suddenly noticed the same feeling in the morning in physical education but this time he did not faint. His whole body began to hurt, however, and the transformation began. First, his brown hair was getting longer and dyed their blonde. His face, however, very delicate and feminine, and his eyes were turning from green to a sweet red. His whole body hair went back into his body and his arms and legs became smaller like a woman. His hips, however stretched out his waist began to move in together. As Callum looked down at himself, he could not believe it. He was a complete girl! He could move again and stood up but suddenly started to his hospital gown to change the color to a pink, and shaped into a dress. His socks were so long that they reached up over his knees. They were turned into fine dark tights. Callum felt that he wear suddendly on his head a hat and sandals on his feet. He went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and saw a pretty nurse.

Just at that time one of the doctors came in and spoke to Callum, „Sister Caroline you must now come with me! We need you at the emergency room!" Callum thought that:  „Wait I'm a nurse? Of course I am a nurse and my name is Caroline, and not Callum. How did I get on this shit" Then the doctor: „C'mon, we must go!" „I'm on my way sir."replied Caroline, and followed the doctor to begin her new job.
